Refund Policy

Please read our Refund Policy very carefully. No exceptions are to be made.

FULL REFUNDS are given if a cancellation e-mail is sent to fic.tv within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

A 50% REFUND is given if a refund is requested after a maximum of THREE CONCEPTS and/or a maximum of 14 DAYS from the date of the order.

NO REFUNDS are given for any imaginable reason if the work on the logo has exceeded THREE CONCEPTS and/or 14 DAYS from the date of the order. Please think twice BEFORE any purchase of any services or goods from fic.tv. The only options (after 14 days or two concepts) are that we continue working on the product until the client is satisfied given that reasonable feedback is provided OR we can give you credit for the amount you paid which can be used for other projects you might have.

It is the Client’s duty to check this refund policy and by paying, fic.tv assumes the Client fully understands and agrees with the above.
